</p> <h3>Costa Rica Fire Dance Retreat:</h3> <p>Love in the Fire and La Escuela Del Sol partnered up for another year to offer their Costa Rica Fire Dance Retreat in Montezuma. The best part is the fully shaded training deck overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean in one direction and the immense jungle in the other! We were having so much fun that monkeys, iguanas, and other exotic animals often visited us during our classes. Montezuma is like a gem of Costa Rica as it is considered off the beaten path and sought after from many eco-tourist, yogis, and back packers who travel there in search of its tranquil beaches and islands, jungle treks, serene waterfalls, surfing, zip-lines, and the conscious community nestled on the end of the remote Nicoya Peninsula.</p> <h3>Thursday Fire Jam at Chico Bar:</h3> <p>Thursday night of the retreat is a very special night for the students where we test the skills learned over the week and join the local fire god Elly “Montezuma” in the fire circle and performance in front of Chico Bar in town. Envision festival gave everyone a chance to get to know each other even more and to fire dance as much as they would like in the open fire circle which happened every night near the Luna Stage. Lester popped the question at their favorite restaurant Ylang Ylang the day after valentines and she said yes.
